This on-boarding process will help you get set up with Horizon and learn how to use it. It is divided into two parts:


Pre-onboarding survey: This survey will collect some basic information about you and your business. This information will be used to set up your CRM.

2 On-boarding Calls

The first call will be a technical set up of Horizon.

The second call will be a training call to get you started with the most important features of your CRM.

These calls will help you get set up with Horizon and learn how to use it on a day-to-day basis.
